LaurenEastman - Founder
Lauren thinks like a writer and punctuates each story with a unique voice, resulting in a direct connection with your audience. Her more than 12 years of experience implementing PR campaigns across lifestyle, hospitality, food & wine, technology, government and non-profit arenas is informed by her personal penchant for travel, dining, entertaining and design. Lauren’s lifestyle-based clients enjoy innovative and thoughtful campaigns that tie directly to their strategic objectives.

From launch campaigns to media relations, event production, long-term PR strategy and oversight, messaging and writing services, Lauren’s expertise also includes managing strategic communications campaigns for the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force, along with an array of Fortune 500 companies and international governments.

Lauren's longstanding relationships with broadcast and national print press and immersion in the latest social media strategies bring the best of the old school into the new age. Lauren loves family, travel and yoga, is an admitted karaoke aficionado and Sausalito-based sailor. She serves on the board of Raphael House, San Francisco’s first charity dedicated to transitioning families beyond homelessness and spreads the word stateside about Sahasra Deepika's mission in India to educate impoverished youth.
 
Yasemin Sussman - Media Strategist
Yasemin Sussman knew she wanted to work in hospitality PR after studying and living abroad in Florence, Italy where she was drawn to the culinary, travel and lifestyle world. Yasemin brings nearly ten years of experience to her work with the leading hospitality brands that she works with, helping to manage all public relations efforts, including media relations, message development, event management and partnership outreach.

Yasemin most recently was a Senior Account Supervisor at Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) where she led the launch of the new wellness hotel brand, EVEN Hotels, planning the opening events of the first two proprieties, in addition to managing the Target Local business, overseeing efforts such as designer collaboration launches and holiday initiatives. Prior to H+K, Yasemin spent over two years as the PR Director at Andrew Freeman & Co., where she managed openings for hotels and restaurants, including Hotel Zetta, Hotel Paradox, Copita Tequileria y Comida, La Urbana, among others. She also led publicity efforts for SF Chefs, San Francisco’s Food, Wine & Spirits Festival, now known as Eat Drink SF, in addition to managing all media and publicity efforts for the James Beard Foundation Taste America event in San Francisco in 2013.

The majority of her focus has been on media relations, public relations strategy, social media and event planning. Yasemin has spent many years getting to know the media and has secured placements in outlets including USA Today, Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure, SELF magazine, Yahoo! Travel, Esquire.com, Sunset magazine, Interior Design, 7x7 magazine, San Francisco magazine, San Francisco Chronicle, among other local and regional placements.

In her free time, Yasemin practices yoga and blogs about food and fashion on her lifestyle blog, Art of Moda.
 
Brooke Secor - Media Relations Specialist
Before living in Portland, New York and San Francisco, Brooke studied PR and Advertising pursuing a degree in Public Communications at Chicago’s DePaul University. She has worked for over a decade as the voice and face for hospitality, fitness and lifestyle companies developing comprehensive public communications agendas. From event planning and marketing strategies, to sourcing social media content or developing branding for new businesses, Brooke has succeed in growing client bases and visibility in the media for her brands.

In New York City Brooke was the Lifestyle Director for NFC Amenity Management which provides services for large scale residential and hotel brands including Trump, Ritz-Carlton and Marriott brands. Considered a property “Experience Architect” she ensured visitor and resident memories were enhanced and expectations were exceeded. With her help, travelers were treated to an unparalleled experience that entices them to return time and time again. Brooke was responsible for assessing the needs of the property designing services, branding and themes. She also created and implemented brand programs that increase utilization and participation. She was responsible for developing all internal promotions agendas to advertise activities and programs. In doing so she created community newsletters, recruited, trained and managed staff to support special events and fitness classes. Additionally, she served as the community liaison inviting local businesses in to develop key relationships with the property to offer unparalleled services and exclusive offerings for residents.

Hosting friends and family while playing tour guide is one of Brooke’s favorite past-times allowing her to share with visitors a treasured list of the most unique places to sleep, eat, drink and play in the Bay area. A former martial arts instructor, Brooke currently teaches group fitness in San Francisco. She enjoys outdoor sports often spending weekends camping, backpacking, surfing or snowboarding.
