Romance is in the air as Valentine’s Day approaches. Don’t let the most romantic holiday of the year catch you off guard, as February 14 falls on a Tuesday in 2017. Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak, located at Levi’s Stadium, offers a delicious menu for guests to enjoy at their own pace. Valentine’s dinner can be enjoyed either in a flexible a la carte menu with items you will fall in love with as well as the freedom to choose - or in a three course menu for $95 a person. To start things off, a spectacular Shellfish Tasting menu for two ($84) will certainly whet your appetite with Alaskan King Crab, Gulf Shrimp and Kusshi Oysters. Or choose from starting items such as Truffle Gougere ($15) with Black River Ostera Caviar and whipped crème fraiche or Santa Barbara Spot Prawns ($19) with carmelized fennel and green garlic. Main courses from the wood-fired grill include classics such as New York Strip ($52) with celery root fondant and black garlic or lesser known but truly vibrant Wood Roasted Branzino with Meyer lemon mojo and Romanesco ($36). Pair with locally farmed sides such as Crispy Broccoli with Yuzu Garlic Ponzu ($9) or Fingerling Potato Poutine with Short Rib Gravy ($12) along with Bourbon Steak’s award winning wine list from around the world. "Lauren was an asset to Four Seasons San Francisco during my tenure as General Manager. In her role as PR Director for the hotel, she created programs and partnerships both internally and with the surrounding business community that supported the objectives of the hotel and restaurant. Lauren’s creativity, inherent hospitable attitude and energy make her a pleasure to work with."

"I had the great pleasure of working with Lauren and can say without any hesitation that she is one of the smartest, most interesting and most positive and professional people I have ever had the privilege to work with. More than anything, she has incredible people and communication skills, which equals her ability to execute. Merritt Group is a good mid-size PR firm and the San Francisco office is so important to our future growth. I owe so much to Lauren for helping get our SF office to another important level. I recommend Lauren wholeheartedly to any forward thinking company that wants to take their communications to the next level and work with someone that is a consummate professional and an all around nice person and hard worker.”
